I know that match-results go here, but that file can not be opened in php.

So I try a file that comunicates with variables.

For example: from admin panel I insert a result (Team A vs Team B 2-0), where "2" becomes $goalA e "0" becomes $goalB.

So I mean the file who are $GoalA and $GoalB, like the previous example

What I really need is the file with the command lines, with the variables, which allow ourleague-file.l98 to receive the data.
So, basically, this is the example:
1) from admin panel I insert a result: Team-A vs Team-B --> 2-0
2) ???
3) I then find the result of Team-A vs Team-B in the ourleague-file.l98
Now, I need help on the point 2)

My specific need is to understand which command is allowing the results I'm wrinting into the admin panel to go into the public results table

What's the file controlling the point 2)?
I can suppose that a variable called some how like $goalA / $goalB and so on is controlling this process: what's the real name of this variable? Where can I find it?

The whole script writes the information of each game listed within a formular into a .l98-file.
You better explain your intention, what you'd like to to with the .l98-file and why you want it to open in PHP.
Generally you can open any text-file within PHP, the LMO works in the same way. You have to read the file, put the content in an array and search this array for you wanted information.

Sorry for being rough, but it seems to me, that you don't have programing-skills.

You can try and have a look at the files lmo-savefile.php and lmo-admiedit.php. In the second, the array $goalx is filled for each team, in the first these values are saved in a .l98-file.
